How it works. For each material, the supply at risk is the share of world mine production held by the countries you disrupt, times your severity. Optionally it’s cushioned by the material’s recycling rate and how substitutable it is — a material you can recycle or swap loses less effective supply. This is a transparent what-if on production shares, not a market model or a forecast.
