The eight criteria, and what you’re comparing against
Each material is scored on eight risk criteria, each normalised to 0–1 (higher = riskier): mine and refining concentration, trade concentration, China’s share, the origin gap, lack of recycling, hard-to-substitute, and producer governance risk. Your weights combine them into a 0–100 score. The published supply-risk index and the data-driven entropy-TOPSIS are just two particular weightings — the correlations show how close your index lands to each.
